People helping people. That's what giving to hospice care is all about. As a hospice volunteer, you can help improve the quality of life of terminally ill patients, as well as their families and caregivers. Hospice volunteers can make a difference in a variety of ways, including: Offering companionship, providing pet therapy, running errands, providing respite to caregivers, sitting vigil, providing bereavement support to family members.

Beacon Hospice provides quality end-of-life care to local terminally-ill patients. We provide support and care for persons in the last phases of life so that they may live as fully and as comfortably as possible. We provide holistic care, supporting the physical, social, spiritual and emotional needs of the patient during the last stages of life.
