Do you love animals and want to make a difference for homeless pets? Volunteer Community Ambassadors are needed to attend events around the state of Connecticut to educate the public about the Connecticut Humane Society's mission an dservices. Volunteers are needed in all areas of the state, and training and supplies will be provided. Visit www.cthumane.org/volunteer for more information and to apply for this position.

Description
The Connecticut Humane Society provides many services to the community. Shelter services include Pet Adoption, Surrender of Pets, and Dog Training Classes. Reduced cost veterinary services are available to people in financial need through our Fox Memorial Clinic. A pet food pantry is available for people in financial need who are struggling to feed their pets.
