Join the ESC Board!
We are looking for board members who believe in our mission and are willing to be active in their governance roles and as ambassadors for ESC. We believe that this work has never been more important than it is today. The Environmental Science Center is entering a challenging and exciting time, as we continue to grow to meet the needs of the community. The board of directors plays a major role in determining our path as an organization.
We are currently seeking responsible, dedicated and reliable individuals to join our Board to help shape ESC’s vision and to grow support for the organization. If you are passionate about our mission and feel excited about this opportunity please find more information on the board of directors role in the Board Orientation Manual. This manual gives a great overview of our organization and the roles and responsibilities of a board member.
If you can contribute your time, professionalism, and leadership two evenings a month, we would like to talk with you. Please contact Tara Luckie, Executive Director, to discuss whether this volunteer opportunity is right for you.
