Every week we check on our patients and families to make sure they are comfortable and have everything they need before the weekend. We also make monthly calls to check in with families to see how they are doing after their loved one has passed. These important calls show patients and families how much we care!

Bluegrass Hospice Care, part of Bluegrass Care Navigators, has been providing quality end-of-life care to Kentucky residents since 1978.
