Volunteers and their pets needed to provide companionship and outreach to hospice patients. If you have a calm, gentle dog or cat that you think would be a great pet therapy animal, please think about outreaching to hospice patients.

Pet therapy volunteers make visits to nursing homes, homes and the Hospice Inpatient unit to provide a little extra TLC to our patients.

We service all of New Castle County, Delaware.

Training is required for pet therapy and hospice visiting. If you are interested in learning more about our program and the training needed, please contact us.
