405 E. Marsh Lane, Suite 4, Wilmington, DE 19804, US
To affirm life during its final stages by providing holistic compassionate care to patients and their families; by providing access to hospice care for underserved and difficult to serve populations; by wise and efficient use of available resources, and by educating the community.
Compassionate Care Hospice provides palliative support and comfort care for persons in the final stages of life.
Founded in 1993, Compassionate Care Hospice is a community-based organization committed to providing the highest quality of hospice care to patients, their families and close friends. We take care of seriously ill patients with a goal of maximizing quality of life.
With the help of our services, most patients are able to remain in the comfort and privacy of their own homes. We also care for patients in nursing homes and other facilities.
The hospice team includes nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains, counselors, home health aides, and trained volunteers to help patients and their families live as fully and as comfortably as possible .
We'll work with your schedule.
