Data is a very important part of the success of any organization. By entering Bayaud’s data into the newly purchased database, Bayaud will have the tools to assist, track, and report client activity more accurately.

This will provide accurate, timely information to a variety of current and future supporters, enabling us to secure the funding necessary to continue the valuable work Bayaud does within the community. Your work will play a large part in helping Bayaud identify areas for improvement and help us efficiently administer our services.

Data entry volunteers will be working at their own pace independently copying data from one system to another. Individuals will be required to read and enter data accurately with minimal mistakes.

Individuals should be comfortable using Microsoft Access, but need not be experts in the program. All volunteers will also be trained on the ELMO database.

Due to confidentiallity standards, data must be entered on site at the Bayaud offices. All equipment will be provided.
