Help Make A Difference by Volunteering at the 2017 Walk MS-Richmond Join the fun as a volunteer at our Richmond Walk on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Innsbrook. We are in need of dedicated people to help with the following job descriptions: SET UP (10 people, 6:00 a.m. - 9 a.m.): Set up tables and chairs. Decorate the walk site and help in any general way needed the day of the walk. BREAK DOWN (10 people, 2:00pm - 3:00pm) Assist with folding tables and chairs, loading supplies into the truck and getting garbage to the dumpsters. REGISTRATION (10 people, 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.): Register the walkers as they show up to walk. TRAFFIC DIRECTORS (5 people, 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.): Help direct traffic into the parking lot. REST STOP: (5 people, 8:00 a.m. until the last walker passes): Set up the rest stop, hand out water to the walkers that will pass by your table and take down the rest stop. CHEERING SQUAD: (As many as possible!!!! 9:00 til the last walker arrives) Cheer on the walkers as they cross the finish line, handing out MS Walk pins. KIDS ZONE: (10 people 9:00am to 2:00pm) Need to be available for at least a 3 hour shift. Assisting with children playng in the inflatables area.
