Project INFORM is a program of Interfaith Works that is designed to assist low-income residents of Montgomery County by providing them with information and referrals to various services throughout the county. Our outreach coordinator meets with clients at the Interfaith Clothing Center where she conducts a needs assessment and then offers comprehensive information and referrals to various partner providers according to the needs of the client.
We are seeking a volunteer to call clients to verify if they followed through on referrals and to input results and other data on excel spreadsheet. Tasks can be completed within 4-8 hours per week and can be spread out in two or more days depending on volunteer’s availability. Candidates must be bilingual (Spanish/English) and have good phone skills. Basic computer skills and ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds are a plus.
Every volunteer is required to complete an application and a brief interview prior to being assigned to this opportunity. Here is the link to our online application form: https://www.volgistics.com/ex/portal.dll/ap?ap=1190255427
