APPRISE Telecenter counselors are specially-trained volunteers who answer phone calls on specific days from consumers needing help and information on Medicare, health insurance, and Social Security issues. APPRISE Telecenter volunteers are trained to help older Pennsylvanians by taking the some of the confusion out of Medicare and the range of health insurance options available to them and assisting them with the proper contacts to help them solve their issues. If you are looking for an opportunity to help assist others please call. The APPRISE program offers free training and support to our volunteers.
