Description
Assist program staff in meeting the most immediate needs of clients by:
- Greeting everyone who enters the facility and answering phones
- Assist clients by answering questions, distributing toiletries, organizing mail, taking messages and assisting with laundry
- Oversee sign-ups for drop-in services
- Other tasks as needed
