Pennsylvania's Long-Term Care Ombudsman are trained advocates for consumers of Long-Term Care Services. Ombudsman help with consumer/facility visitation and consumer education. Ombudsman have a visible presence in long-term care facilities with a goal of improving the quality of care. Volunteer Ombudsman enjoy visiting with others, and helping others find answers. If you have one or two hours a week available, join the Ombudsman Team.

Southwestern PA Area Agency on Aging is responsible for serving older persons who reside in Pennsylvania's Fayette, Greene and Washington Counties. The purpose is to assist with aging and living well using the services and supports available to enhance their quality of life.
