The laboratory trained students for over 15yrs. Interested in training early stage student/yourg professional via volunteer program Mainly looking for biology-related trained post-college/Masters degree, PhDs and MDs. All volunteers/interns are supervised under my senior postdoctoral fellows (PhDs). This program is not paid position, so no salary or compensation of any kind involved. Program is for volunteers and non-paid internship. Some are under OPT- this is unpaid training. You are expected to be trained for scientific research and get cancer research experience. I do have set guidelines for this program. Must work minimum 5hrs/day, 4 days/wk (flexible) Must stay with the lab for minimum 1yr. Must publish papers as coauthors with us If wish to stay with the lab and funding is available, we will consider hiring (you must show high productivity via publication records) Will get some junior student supervision experience Most of my trainees get trained while they prepare for industry jobs, PhD program, medical school or MD residency. I do need to evaluate CV for qualification and interview them.

Description
Sales, Marketing and Consulting Company
No compensation is provided to student/volunteers and the position is NON-PAID. The company has option to hire for part-time position volunteer with high performance but this is not guarantee.
Volunteers Must be college level or above. BioMedicine background is desired but not required.

Responsibilities are
* minimum 3 hours/day and 3days/wk; can stay longer hours/day or work more days/wk if wishes to learn more
* NON-PAID volunteer position
* learn email marketing to clients, learn market research on products, learn to generate flyers/brochures/booklets for products
* learn to do e-commerce related data entry
Skill set to do the volunteering
* Understand instructions from supervisors- Fully proficient in English for reading and writing
* Multi-Tasking - willingness to learn sales, marketing and product distribution and strong determination to succeed
* Learn Biomedicine research products
* Practice basic computer skills with power points, excel and words
* Practice writing letters to clients
