Do you have a passion for sewing? You can teach your skills as a Tenderlove Community Center Volunteer Teacher! We are looking for positive and happy teachers to help us with our mission. Tenderlove Community Center is dedicated to help homeless and low income women achieve stable and self supporting lives for themselves and their families. The women at TLCC are enrolled in a 12 month sewing and craft program that will teach them life long skills.
Women join our program having little to no experience, but graduate wearing self made cap and gowns! It's a beautiful sight. Help us empower women for a better future!

The mission of Tenderlove Community Center, Inc. is to help homeless women achieve stable, self-supporting lives for themselves and their families.
TenderLove Community Center is introducing our Fashion and Development Unit to teach homeless/near homelessness women how to sew clothes and do some crafts work.
We developed 12-months training curriculum and assist them with employment within 3months of graduation.
Our goal is to help them break the cycle of homelessness and empower them for a better future.
100% of the money they make during your training through alterations or any form of sewing contract belongs to them.
We'll work with your schedule.
