We are in need of warm and welcoming, bilingual volunteers to work with new patients at our free clinic and conduct intake screenings. The screener is here during clinic hours to determine patient eligibility for clinic services by verifying residency and income requirements. Other responsibilities include answering enquires, conducting telephone pre-screening, entering preliminary data into electronic health record software and scanning information into medical charts for new patients.

Mission Statement
Since February 2012 the Clackamas Volunteers in Medicine Founders Clinic, the first free clinic in Clackamas County, has been providing medical services to the uninsured and underserved thanks to numerous volunteers, community grants, donations and community services from area hospitals and nonprofit medical and dental service provides.
Description
We are a free health clinic, staffed by volunteers who are passionate about serving underserved, low-income people of Clackamas County. We offer a place for patients to get well and stay well.
