We are looking to add volunteers to our newly-developed dementia unit as well as to other units throughout the facility! We are looking for people with special talents to provide alternative therapies, such as yoga and tactile stimulation to our elderly residents. We are also looking for art music, and drama therapists or simply artists, musicians and actors to volunteer their time.
This could be a great opportunity for a student to gain valuable or a senior yoga instructors looking to contribute to the community. You will be working side-by-side with amazing recreation staff. We are also looking for art therapy volunteers to assist our talented Art Therapists on the dementia floor and other units. We offer at truly friendly and supportive environment! Joins our team and you will see what teamwork is all about!
We currently have Music, Art, and Dance/Movement Therapists on our team, and ALL of them would LOVE your assistance!
We also have numerous volunteer opportunities available in ALL DEPARTMENTS!
