Creative Arts Associates to assist in the delivery of a variety of education and youth projects, including RPYA FIERCE Youth Theater Company,music and arts to larger community and schools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To assist in the planning and operating the weekly programs for the Youth Theatre companies.
- To assist in the create and development of Youth Theatre productions and projects.
- To assist in the planning and running of the RPYA FIERCE Summer Theatre School.
- To participate actively in the wider work of RPYA

Description
RPYA is a grassroots California non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which was founded in 2001. It is an Inland Empire activity and support organization for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, and questioning youth (ages 13-20 years old), their families and their friends.
