"Pennsylvania Ombudsman are trained individuals who advocate to resolve complaints on behalf of individuals who receive long-term care services either in a Personal Care Home, Nursing Home, Adult Day Center, or their own home."
We are in search of individuals who are interested in visiting local facilities in advocacy of the residents rights.
