VOLUNTEER BILINGUAL - (NOT PAID) Spanish/English (Mercado Central) We are a community service office looking for volunteers that want to commit to help in our office located inside Mercado Central in Minneapolis. We help people with all sorts of issues: job search, housing, translating documents, making phone calls in English, getting information from the Internet, etc.

The volunteer must have good computer skills, be fully bilingual Spanish/English, possess strong problem-solving skills, have a true desire to help out the people that come to our Center and can commit for a minimum of six months. Shifts are usually three hours (but we are flexible) and we try to have staff available 7 days a week, you can come one day per week or during the weekend. This position is great for retirees looking for an opportunity to make a significant contribution. It feels great to be able to help out the people that have no other place to turn to for help.
