BECOME A SILVERADO HOSPICE VOLUNTEER!
Silverado Hospice is looking for volunteers to join our team. Our patient's are terminally ill and in their final stages of life. As a Hospice Volunteer you will be visiting patients in their own homes, Silverado communities or other facilities. You'll be assigned to a patient as close to your home as possible. We need volunteers who are willing to read to our patients, hold their hand, and learn life experience by listening to the narratives and histories of hospice patients.
Every patient is different but most requests are volunteers visiting patients during meal times (9am,12pm, and 5pm Monday -Sunday) You and family/patient would coordiante your schedules.
