Looking for volunteers to work as ground crew personnel during our Parent-Teen Driving Seminars. Part of the seminar training requires our teens and parents to drive through various exercises (with in-car instructors) that are outlined/defined by orange cones. Ground crew staff must supervise each exercise and reposition cones that the driver may knock down. All seminars conducted at Virginia International Raceway.

Description
We offer advanced education and training for teen drivers and their parents to equip young drivers with the skills necessary to reduce their risk for crashing an automobile. Our Parent-Teen Driving Seminars provide a family approach to driving that teaches parents how to improve their communication skills while teaching their teen to drive and also how to lead by example when they are driving with their teen. Teens are exposed to lessons that cover the mental requirements for driving and with the aid of professional in-car instructors, learn to connect those mental skills with the vehicles they drive. Each seminar is a two-day intensive training program that has proven successful in helping our students Arrive Alive each time they drive.
