One in 68 children are diagnosed with an autism spectrum
disorder, now the fastest-growing developmental disability in the
country. Early intervention is key in diagnosis and treatment of
this disorder.
Autism Awareness Month is celebrated throughout April and the
Kelberman Center will host its annual Walks for Autism on
Saturday, April 8, Saturday, April 15 and Saturday, April 29, 2017
at various locations throughout Central New York.
The Walk for Autism is the initiative of a group of parents
heightening autism awareness in local communities and raising
needed funds. The Kelberman Center is at the forefront of services for autism in Central New York. All funds raised by the walks will stay in our community.
