This is an exceptionally rewarding position with the American Cancer Society in which volunteers provide support and assistance to cancer patients and their caregivers.
We have several Cancer Resource Centers in Reno, NV. These centers are staffed by volunteers who provide cancer patients with free resources such as wigs, programs, support groups, cancer information, and other services.

ACS provides services and information to patients all of over Northern Nevada and Idaho, as well as puts on the annual Relay for Life event across the two areas.
