Junior Achievement is partnering with Everett High School in Lansing on March 29, 2018 to bring a JA Reverse Job Shadow program to their 9th through 12th grade students.
Where a traditional job shadow brings students to the workplace, the JA Reverse Job Shadow brings the workplace to the students. Similar to "career day", volunteers speak to classes during a single day event. Volunteers are able to educate students on potential careers, the importance of staying in school, and explain how the subject matter they are studying is used in their daily work.
