We need dedicated, dependable, hard working volunteers who love cats and would like to make a difference in the lives of abandoned and abused cats. Our shelter is located in Sharonville, Ohio - we are 100% volunteer there are no paid positions. We have 6 cat rooms and need volunteers to adopt each room. Pick a day and time, come in clean the room, get to know the cats, and play with them. It would be ideal to have two people in each room so call a friend and start volunteering. You can even put together a fundraiser for the animals in your room. Pass the word along and come enjoy some time with our four legged frineds. Ccontact Lois at 859-801-7287 between the hours of 10am and 6pm or attend one of our orientatiions from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at the shelter every Tuesday and Wednesday evening.
If you are under the age of 18 you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian the first time you come into the shelter.
About HEARTT Animal Refuge
11354 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45241, US
We are a 100% volunteer, no-kill animal refuge and adoption center. We rescue abandoned and abused cats and dogs, provide them with a home and good medical care until they are adopted. We are strong supporters of neuter/spay.
We need volunteers to become involved with the care of our four legged friends at the shelter. We also want volunteers to get to know the residents living at our shelter. Socialization is a key to the quick adoption. We need help setting up and running fundraisers including our recycling program. Must be 18 years old or older to volunteer. If you are under 18 a parent or guardian must sign a form for you giving you permission to volunteer. Volunteers are needed mornings, afternoons and evenings - seven days a week.
We'll work with your schedule.
