Big Brothers Big Sisters has an urgent need for volunteers! We need "Bigs" now more than ever due to the large number of children on our waitlist.

Our agency creates friendships between a child (the "Little") who needs a positive role model and a caring adult volunteer (the "Big"). One person providing positive direction for a child has the power to measurably impact the direction of that child’s entire future.

There are 744 hours in the average month; it only takes 4-8 hours to be a Big. It’s easy to get started:

2. Pick a Program:

Community based: meeting with the child for 8 hours each month to spend quality time together in the community.

Sports Buddies: an extension of Community Based, this program stems from building an instant friendship from a common interest, sports.

School based: meeting with the child on school grounds one day a week for 1 hour.
