ORGANIZATION: The Arc Southern Maryland

Description of Duties: Provide a designated activity or class to people with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Share your passion for your skill, teach it or perform in front of a group. Time commitment can range for this, it can be a one-time activity or a regularly scheduled event.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates must be able to pass a background check, have adequate time management skills, be willing to share their time and talents with people supported by The Arc, and be personable and friendly.

Time Requirements: 2-10 hours per month

Orientation: Brief orientation on the organization and volunteer policies and procedures.

Training: None required.
