Volunteers are needed to assist with our weekend feeding program called Sallies Table. Every Saturday and Sunday a meal is served from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. Over 300 meals are served each weekend.
Hunger is a huge issue in our country and here in Sioux Falls. Every weekend we see seniors, homeless individuals, and families who do not get enough to eat. Help us fill this need by volunteering your time.
This opportunity is great for families, small groups and churches.

Description
The Salvation Army offers a variety of programs to help lower income families, seniors, homeless and children. Those programs include feeding, food pantry, rental/housing assistance, utility assistance, warming site for our homeless population during the harsh winter months and youth music, arts and character building.
