Have some spare time and want to make a difference? Become a Spectrum Community Services meal volunteer. Help prepare and serve a hot, nutritious meals to seniors at any of our 25 congregate meal sites throughout Alameda county.
We not only improve senior health through good nutrition, but also by providing sites where people can get out of their homes, come together, and socialize.
Our seniors frequently their gratitude and appreciation to the volunteers who make it all possible!

Our Fall Prevention Program needs volunteers to help deliver exercise classes and educational workshops both in-person and online.
Our Senior Meals Program needs volunteers to help run lunch locations and distribute meals both in-person and pick-up and go.
Our Meals on Wheels Program needs volunteers to pack and deliver meals.
