The Actors Theatre Workshop is an award-winning non-profit theatre company that also provides classes in acting and leadership for actors and business professionals as well as community enrichment programs for at-risk and underprivileged youth.
We are looking for a Digital Strategist in the New York City area, preferably in a consulting or agency environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, digital strategy, CRM, and marketing measurement. The Senior Digital Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing programs to delivery. This may include business development for new clients and digital strategy for current clients. Responsibilities include: - Develop digital strategy, CRM and targeted multi-channel marketing programs for clients that help them successfully build profitable, long-term relationships with their customers - Lead the development and utilization of customer analytics, profiling, segmentation, user persona development, and other analytical techniques to drive significant gains around customer insights, retention and loyalty - Identify traditional and non-traditional opportunities for customer acquisition and retention that deepen customer relationships and drive increased value for both the customer and brand - Interpret primary/secondary research and analytics findings; explain their strategic/tactical marketing implications and how they can be used to inform/optimize digital programs - Work with analytics team to monitor and analyze the reporting and provide key insights/learnings to clients, and identify opportunities to enhance existing marketing scorecards and metrics
