Mission Statement

To help patients remain at home and in their own communities, surrounded by friends and family, while receiving the highest-quality, most compassionate home-based care possible.

Description

We provide a specialized kind of care designed to help patients with terminal illnesses. Hospice can take place in a building, but most commonly it takes place where everyone want to be - in the comfort of home.

Hospice is a unique benefit that brings care to more than just the patient. Hospice includes care, help, guidance and support for famiies and caregivers as well. This one simple fact is one of the most important and meaningful conceps behind hospice care: Hospice brings caring, compassion, comfort and support to families as well as patients.

We believe that every moment matters. We believe in compassionate care. Most of all, we believe in dignity and respect for each patient we serve. Maybe that's why so many families believe in us when it comes to choosing a hospice provider.

Hospice affirms the concept of palliative care as an intensive program that enhances comfort and promotes the quality of life for individuals and their famiies. When cure is no longer possible, hospice recognizes that a peaceful and comfortalbe death is an essential goal of health care. Hospice believe that death is an integral part of the life cycle and that intensive palliative care focuses on pain relief, comfort, and enhanced quaoity of life as appropriate goals for the terminaly ill. Hospice also recognizes the potential for growth that often exists within the dying experience for the individual and their family and seeks to protect and nurture this potential.
