Join us at Taliesin West in Scottsdale -- the world-renowned winter home and studio of Frank Lloyd Wright, established nearly 90 years ago and today, home of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation and the School of Architecture at Taliesin.
SPECIAL EVENT: Friday, November 9 th through Sunday, November 11 th;
two shifts available each day: 9:30-1:30 and 1:30-5:30
Desert Light Art Show and Sale
Greeters/Wayfinders --need 7 volunteers per shift per day -- Individuals and groups encouraged to apply.
Desert Light: A Celebration of the Arts at Taliesin West features juried two and three-dimensional art from more than 40 fine artists presented by the Arizona Arts Alliance, in collaboration with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation at Taliesin West. Music features James Cowden (guitar/vocals), Ioannis Goudelis (piano), Felix Sainz (guitar/vocals), and Stan Sorenson (guitar). Public is welcome with free admission to the event. Our events team needs volunteer assistance to make sure guests have a great time, stay safe, and enjoy the arts festival at our wonderful property. Event is outdoors, rain or shine.
BONUS: a volunteer station will be staffed throughout the event at which working volunteers will be offered lunch and snacks throughout the day, plus can get relief in order to wander through the event before, during, or after shift.
