Do you enjoy helping those in need? Do you like talking on the phone? Then Grace Hospice's Tuck In program, is for you!!
Grace Hospice is seeking volunteers to take part in our "Tuck In Program."
What is a "Tuck-In?" Well, I am glad you asked! Volunteers make a phone call to each patient every week on Thursday to "Tuck" them in for the weekend. This is our way of ensuring that our patients have enough supplies and medications to see them through until the next week begins.
If our patients need anything, our team delivers their requested items in a timely manner. This is our way of extending comfort and care while we are not in the home. And, this courtesy beings with your reassuring "Tuck In" phone call!
