Are you or is someone you love living with a chronic health condition? Do you pride yourself on overcoming everyday health challenges? Are you passionate about helping others? Join Health Monitor’s team of Community Health Ambassadors, and we’ll give you the tools and training you need to inspire your friends and neighbors to live a better, healthier life
What’s a community health ambassador (CHA)?
Health Monitor’s CHAs are passionate, dedicated volunteers who spread messages of hope, healing and education to people living with cancer, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and other health conditions.
What will you do?
Participate in community events, like health fairs, hospital open houses, health events at houses of worship, senior centers and more. We won’t send you out empty-handed! Along with copies of our trusted patient education publications, we’ll provide you with an official Community Health Ambassador badge, personalized flyers and other tools.
Volunteers must be over the age of 18 to participate.
