Family dinner is an important component of the environment we seek to create for our scholars. In order to provide additional support to our dedicated house staffs, we are searching for individuals or groups to prepare a meal for one of homes (usually for 6-9 youth plus 2-3 staff members) on a monthly or as-needed basis. Meal volunteers are welcome and encouraged to stay and enjoy the meal with our scholars. This is a wonderful way to help our scholars feel embraced by the wider community and provide a treat for the homes.
Boys Hope Girls Hope helps academically capable and motivated children-in-need to reach their full potential and become men and women for others through family-like, value-centered homes, opportunities and education through college. We operate two resdiential homes here in St. Louis, one for girls and one for boys.

Description
BHGH is a privately funded, non-profit organization. BHGH provides children with long-term, value centered homes coupled with a private preparatory education. Financial assistance is provided through college for all program graduates.
