Would you love to help our clients "shop" for their groceries?
At Brazosport Cares Food Pantry, our mission is to feed Brazosport's hungry through food distribution, education, collaboration, and advocacy. Therefore, the Pantry is open Tuesday/Thursdays from 9am-11:30am to provide food assistance to food-insecure families in our area. Please consider volunteering with us those days to guide our clients as they choose canned goods, fresh produce, and other food items to take home to their families. Shopping with our clients while advising them makes you and the clients foster relationships making it a rewarding experience for both.

Our mission is to feed Brazosport’s hungry through the distribution of food, education, collaboration and advocacy. We are all-volunteer and have been an active community member of the community for 30 years. Consider that one in ten individuals in Brazoria County lives below the poverty level. Caught between rising prices and tight budgets, families face the choice between affording food or other basic needs. At Brazosport Cares Food Pantry we envision a hunger-free community in which everyone has reliable access to affordable and nutritious food.
