Imagine, A Center for Coping with Loss is looking for committed volunteers to help us set up for, and clean up after, our grief support groups. We are looking for volunteers for Tuesday and/or Wednesday evenings. Setting up takes approximately 30 minutes and cleaning up takes up to an hour.

The mission of Imagine Newark is to provide support, advocacy, and education for children, teens, adults and communities coping with loss due to death or illness. We provide a safe and loving community that fosters the development of resiliency and emotional well-being where children, teens and adults learn lifelong healthy coping skills and make meaning from their loss that allows for growth and transformation.
Description
Imagine is a year-round grief support center for children, teens and adults coping with loss due to death, illness, suicide or other trauma. We serve children age 3-18 and their parents and young adults 18-30 in bi-weekly peer support groups facilitated by trained adult volunteers and overseen by our staff.
