The Project LIVE program (Living Independently through Volunteer Efforts) has the goal of keeping Knox County Seniors (age 60 ) in their choice of residence as long as possible through volunteer efforts!
Volunteer Opportunities include: plumbing repairs, construction repairs, yard maintenance, and installing safety equipment such as grab bars. Additionally, we are also seeking volunteers to support our low-income volunteers move - if you have a pick-up truck and prefer an on-call opportunity or something you can fit in outside of traditional work hours please let us know!
Volunteer as your schedule allows, there are no time requirements: weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons and as often as you are available!
