The Western Museum of Mining and Industry needs volunteers who don't want a regular volunteering schedule but still want to be a part of the museum world! We need volunteers for our upcoming Harvest Festival in October. Events like these are the highlight of the museum's yearly schedule and are guaranteed fun for the volunteers and guests! Volunteers for Parking, the Pumpkin Patch, Cider Press Demonstrations, Hayride Helpers, and Set Up/Clean Up are needed. So if you have some free time and you would like to help out, without the 'regular' commitment of a scheduled volunteer position...PLEASE think about helping The Western Museum of Mining and Industry by volunteering for our Special Events Team! We need you and so does your community! Please call Loretta at 488-0880 for more information.
