After our charity fund-raiser is done for the year/weekend, it has to vanish in a matter of hours. On Sunday October 13, 2019 at Endview Plantation, at 3pm, Harvest Faire closes and we need to strike the tents, box them and their contents, take down all our signs, stakes, burlap perimeter fence, etc and help get them into the move-out truck so the venue can close at 6pm! We put all the rental chairs and tables in position for pickup, get the last of the trash to the dumpsters, pick up any large debris on the site - leave an empty field again.

Mission Statement
The mission of Harvest Faire is to organize and conduct fund-raising events and activities with an historic theme, with the net income from these events and activities to be distributed to charitable or educational exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3), such recipient organizations being qualified and chosen by the directors prior to the fund-raising event.
Description
Harvest Faire conducts a Renaissance Faire each year and it is performed entirely by volunteers for the purpose raising money while having fun.
