Your talents are needed in the Northwest quadrant of Houston, to help provide emergency assistance for families and possibly avoid becoming homeless. Due to aging, education, illness, lack of income these individuals find themselves in a temporary crisis. This donation center provides financial assistance, a thrift store and has a food pantry. With your help as a volunteer; the thrift store will remain the primary funding for this organization.

RSVP's mission is to provide opportunities for individuals ages 55 and above, to engage in service that addresses the nation's educational, public safety, environmental, and other human needs to achieve direct and demonstrable results and to encourage all seniors to engage in such service. In doing so, RSVP will foster civic responsibility, strengthen the ties that bind us together as a people, and provide educational opportunity for those who make a substantial commitment to service.
RSVP is a gateway for volunteerism in the community. RSVP provides many free benefits including free volunteer insurance, learning opportunities, and volunteer recognition.
