Project Managers Needed - Pro Bono Salesforce Projects

The Taproot Foundation is currently recruiting pro bono Project Managers for our Salesforce Database projects. A Taproot Project Manager is the primary day-to-day point of contact with the nonprofit client, and the day-to-day leader of the Service Grant team. The Project Manager acts as one the most senior consultants on each team, owns the project schedule, ensures effective task delegation, and leads regular communication. Project Managers on Salesforce projects also manage an agile development process with the pro bono team and the nonprofit.

A successful Project Manager:

• Has 5-7 years of experience with technical projects, particularly database projects, and at least 3 years in a management role
• Has project and team management experience
• Is familiar with agile development methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce a plus

A Service Grant project requires a 3-5 hour commitment each week over the course of approximately 6 months. This opportunity is flexible enough to work around the schedule of a full-time job.
