Account Directors - Lead with your Marketing Skills Pro Bono

Taproot Account Directors lead teams of 5-6 pro bono consultants who work on highly structured pro bono projects for a nonprofit. On a project, the Account Director staffs the team, manages relationships, and keeps a bird’s-eye view of the project. The Account Director also works with a Taproot Program Manager to track progress, resolve challenges, and ensure the successful completion of each project.

A successful pro bono Account Director:

  • Has 10 years experience in Marketing/Branding/Print
  • Has managed leadership teams
  • Can negotiate executive or board-level relationships
  • Has Director, VP, or partner-level experience

A Service Grant project requires a 3-5 hour commitment each week over the course of approximately 6 months. This opportunity is flexible enough to work around the schedule of a full-time job.
