Provide customer care support; volunteers are responsible for responding and interacting with customers via LiveChat.

Volunteers will provide extended coverage needed during current business hours to provide best in class care for CaringBridge users. Volunteers will help customer care serve more families needing help while creating and visiting websites of family and friends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to LiveChat requests
  • Assign and track incidences for reporting purposes
  • Escalate/reassign as appropriate
  • Provide feedback and commentary to Customer Care Manager


  • Social Media / Blogging
  • Basic Computer Skills
