Bereavement Phone Callers needed!! AccentCare Hospice & Palliative Care *formerly Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is looking for individuals who want to compassionately give back to those families who have had a loved one pass within the last year. There is nothing like receiving that phone call and knowing that your loved one is not forgotten nor is the family.
We do well-being checks and just provide that listening ear or help them get to the right person that may help them. Training is required and we provide it free.
All volunteer are provided with training through video modules and a virtual observation of bereavement calls to fully prepare you.
Do you have 1-2 hours per week to help with phone calls? We would love to talk to you and explore this opportunity.
