We are looking for pro bono strategy consultants to help lead the effort on pro bono strategy projects to address a nonprofit’s most challenging problems. They work to identify issues, form hypotheses, plan and conduct interviews and analyses, synthesize conclusions into recommendations, and create plans to implement change as appropriate. Taproot Strategy Consultants also help create the necessary consensus within an organization to achieve results, including presenting strategy to the nonprofit client’s executive leadership.
A successful pro bono Strategy Consultant:
- Has 3 years of post-MBA/graduate experience working for a leading consulting firm on strategy management, for a leading financial institution in equity analysis or M&A, or performing similar functions in a corporation
- Has at least Manager or Strategy Consultant-level experience
A Service Grant project requires a 3-5 hour commitment each week over the course of approximately 6 months. This opportunity is flexible enough to work around the schedule of a full-time job.
