Work directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities by assisting at Villa's adult day program. Flexible shifts are available Monday-Friday within the 9:30am-2:30pm timeframe. Volunteers provide socialization and recreation through a variety of activities including community walks, arts & crafts, basketball, Bingo, karaoke, and fun theme events.

Villa Esperanza Services is a non-profit organization with a range of programs that serve a diverse disabled population by:
*Developing model programs to meet the needs of children and adults with developmental disabilities and vulnerable, at-risk adults and seniors.
*Providing the right program to fit the needs of each individual.
*Creating a support system for families.
We provide the following services: Non-public school, Adult Day Programs, Adult Residential Programs, Adult Vocational Programs, and Care Management Outreach Collaboration. We serve individuals in both Los Angeles County and Ventura County.
