Foster Grandparents is a Federal program established over 50 years ago to fight the war against poverty. Volunteers are assigned a classroom in a Daycare or School. Volunteers read, eat, and play with children while giving them social/emotional support and unhurried assistance with their tasks.

Foster Grandparents are needed in many school systems throughout Wayne, Ontario, Seneca & Yates counties.

Choose a schedule to volunteer 20-40 hours per week in a classroom supporting children. Recieve a tax-exempt stipend, mileage, a meal, and more.
