May sit with patient while caregiver runs errands, but no hands-on care. Communication with hospice team and dependability for patients and families. Compassionate, caring, good listening skills, able to sit quietly at times if needed. Interest in others & their life stories, own transportation, able to complete & mail in documentation after each visit.
