ORGANIZATION: Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute

We are recruiting for beginner and experienced archers to provide archery instruction for individuals with physical disabilities.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Set up archery range, prepare archery tackle and set archer with equipment

  • Develop understanding of basic archery techniques to provide basic instruction

  • Assist archers when he/she requests, such as nock and retrieval of arrows

  • Teach safety procedures and ensure they are followed

  • Help clean up archery range and store equipment

    Competencies:

  • Interest in archery and willing to learn skills necessary to perform duties

  • Enjoy direct interaction with participants

  • Physically able to move targets, equipment and set archers

  • Positive and encouraging manner

  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

  • Ability to lead group with minimal supervision if needed
